A career transition to real estate was a natural segue for Andrew given his investment experience in domestic and international real estate, expertise across all scales of residential development, and his meticulous focus on the real estate sales process. Deeply passionate about every aspect of the property market, particularly construction and property management, Andrew completed Construction Project Management with Columbia Engineering, Masters in Financial Planning, and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

My career in real estate sales, design and investment began in 1997 when I purchased my first home with a $10,000 down payment. I became so passionate about the process, that I pursued my sales license, then my broker's license, then became an investor, which led me to renovating houses, and in 2004 after my then home burned down, I began designing and building houses. I have extensive experience with land, new construction, commercial property, business sales, waterfront and landlord/tenant transactions. I also consult with investors and will partner with money people and builders for all type of investment opportunities.
